The Peard family has been residing in Jaffrey NH since the early 1950’s. Red & Edith Peard were the first to own income properties in town, while also owning Red’s of Jaffrey. They passed down their properties to John Peard Sr. who acquired more property and really began to develop a property management company. Today the 3rd and 4th generation of the Peard family are running what has now become “Peard Properties” owning several properties in the town of Jaffrey.
Peard Properties only has property in the town of the Jaffrey, NH. We strive to provide clean and affordable housing to the community in which we grew up in. Not only do we offer residential housing but we also offer commercial and industrial property.
We are in a very unique position as a property management company. Along with our properties we also own a Heating Oil Delivery company known as, Red’s of Jaffrey, and a sanitation company, Monadnock Disposal Service. This allows us to keep our properties nice and warm during the winter months by delivering our own heating oil. We keep our properties nice and clean by picking up & disposing of all trash. We also provide snow plowing, shoveling and landscaping to all of our properties. All of this is done by our in-house employees and our 24/7 maintenance crew that can handle all issues our tenants may have.
